Policies

Booking Policy

  • There is a non-refundable $25 deposit required to book your appointment and it will go towards your service.

  • A credit card must be on file to hold all appointments. Lash Babe strongly suggest pre-booking any fills after your service to ensure you are able to get an appointment at the time and date needed so that you avoid any additional fees for retention loss/outgrown lashes.

  • You will have the choice to pay the deposit or pay in full. If you choose to pay in full prior to your appointment, understand that if there are any cancellations you will not be refunded for your full payment.


Make Up Policy

  • Please thoroughly remove all makeup before coming to your lash session. Eyes must be clean and oil free upon arrival otherwise you will be charged a lash bath fee of $10. I am unable to properly adhere semi-permanent lash extensions on lashes that have makeup/residue buildup and in more serious cases, it can lead to irritation and infection.


Late Policy

  • Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are running late please call to let me know otherwise I will assume you will not be showing up and may release the appointment.

  • There is 15 minute grace period, If you are 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and your card on file will be charged 100% of service and you will have to rebook a new appointment with a new deposit.

  • Please keep in mind that me as a lash artist, I will have other appointments after yours but will do my best to accommodate you.


Cancellation Policy

  • I understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel your appointment. I ask that you give 24 hours notice so that I can adjust my schedule to accommodate other clients. Also, remember that you will have to rebook your appointment with a new deposit and the previous is non refundable.

  • In the event that you DO NOT give a 24 hour notice, your card on file will be charged 100% of service.


No Show Policy

  • Lash Babe reserve the right to charge a no show fee to the credit card on file totaling 100% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment. After 2 no shows you will not be able to book an appointment unless paid in full at booking time. Absolutely no refunds.


Additional Guest Policy:

  • Please, no extra guest. Eyelash extensions take a lot of concentration and I ask that there are no distractions. Lash Babe reserve the right to cancel/reschedule an appointment in the event that additional guest are present in which case my cancellation policy may take effect.


Lash Fill Policy:

  • If more than 50% of you lashes are detached or out grown it will be considered a new full set of lashes.

  • 1 Week Fills: for touch up purposes only and 90% of lashes will be needed to still be attached.

  • 2 Week Fills: No more than 30% loss

  • 3 Week Fills: No more than 50% loss

  • If it has been 4 weeks since your lash appointment, your service will automatically be a FULL SET. Even if you have great lash retention, lashes need maintenance to ensure your lashes are happy and healthy.


Foreign Fill Policy:

  • I kindly require all clients with existing eyelash extensions from other salons/lash techs to book a removal and full set. I do not work over other artists work.


After Hour Policy:

  • After hour appointments are 6pm or 6:30pm and are ONLY available upon request. Please text me to ensure that I am available to provide an after hour service.
